Somewhere along the way, marketing stopped being about people. It became dashboards, funnels, and algorithms—optimised for platforms instead of relationships. But brands don’t grow because an algorithm notices them. They grow because people remember them. Humanmode exists to bring marketing back into Human Mode—where connection, presence, and real interaction matter again.
Working with human-first brands
Modern life runs through screens. Feeds, notifications, content, messages.. it's a constant stream competing for attention. Brands responded the same way: producing more ads, more posts, more campaigns. But when everyone is shouting at once, attention doesn’t grow. It fragments.
Targeting became precise, analytics became powerful, and distribution became instant. But over time people adapted. Ads became invisible. Emails became clutter. Content became background noise. Attention didn’t disappear, it simply became harder to earn.
A new marketing phase is starting. Not anti-digital, but post-digital. Digital tools still matter, but they are no longer the advantage. When every brand uses the same platforms and tactics, the difference comes from something else: real interaction, shared experiences, and the human connections that people actually remember.
Let's go analog
Humanmode isn’t an agency in the traditional sense. It’s a shift in how marketing is approached. Instead of optimising for platforms, algorithms, and endless content cycles, Humanmode focuses on designing experiences people actually remember.
We've successfully delivered an in-person strategy that has encouraged gamers to show up and get involved in our initiatives. Connection is everything in the video game industry.

DirectorReally, the whole purpose of Gymmclubs was to get people involved, active and face-to-face. For me, that's where brands are made. I had enough of digital fitness feeds, and it looks like others did too.
